Welcome to Service Pages Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (servicepagesbuilder.com) and our website design and development services. 1. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

Service Pages Pro provides custom website design and development services for home service businesses. Our primary service includes:

Website Build Package

- One-time fee of $1,000 (or $500 deposit + $500 balance for qualified clients)

- Custom professional website design built on the Go High Level (GHL) platform

- Up to two rounds of revisions included

- Domain purchase included (if needed) or DNS configuration for existing domain

- Contact form setup with email notifications

- Website hosting on GHL platform (no monthly hosting fees passed to client)

- Launch support and DNS activation

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Full Payment Option

- $1,000 one-time payment due upon project start

- Payment must be received before website build begins

Deposit Option (if approved)

- $500 non-refundable deposit due upon project start

- $500 final balance due upon website approval and before DNS activation

- Website remains in draft status until final balance is paid

Payment Methods

- Payments are processed through our secure payment processor

- Accepted payment methods include credit card

- All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Late Payments

- If payment is more than 7 days overdue, we reserve the right to pause the project

- Late payment reminders will be sent automatically

- Projects will not launch until payment is received in full

3. SCOPE OF WORK

- Homepage and essential service pages for the main service area

- Contact form with email notifications to addresses you specify

- Mobile-responsive design

- Up to two rounds of revisions

- Domain setup (purchase or DNS configuration)

- Website launch and deployment

NOT Included (Additional Fees Apply)

- Revisions beyond two rounds ($150 per additional revision)

- Additional service/location pages ($150 per page or $400 for 3 pages/month)

- Content creation beyond what you provide

- AI chat automation or other add-on services

- Ongoing maintenance or updates (available as separate add-on services)

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Provide accurate business information and content for your website

- Provide all necessary text, images, and materials for your site

- Complete the Website Onboarding Form with required information

- Review website drafts and provide feedback within agreed timeframes

- Make timely decisions on revisions to keep the project on schedule

- Ensure you have rights to all content and images you provide

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. WEBSITE OWNERSHIP

Website Ownership

- You own your website, domain (if purchased by us), and all content you provide

- You own the login credentials and can manage your site independently

- Service Pages Pro retains design and branding rights for portfolio and marketing purposes

Domain Ownership

- If we purchase a domain for you, you own that domain

- If you provide an existing domain, you own it

- You are responsible for domain renewal fees after launch (typically $10-15/year)

Data and Backups

- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your website content

- Service Pages Pro is not responsible for data loss or corruption

6. REVISION POLICY

Revisions Included

- Two rounds of comprehensive revisions are included in the website build fee

- "Round" means one set of changes/feedback followed by implementation

What Counts as a Revision

- Design changes

- Content updates

- Layout modifications

- Feature adjustments

What Does NOT Count as a Revision

- Typos or minor text corrections (unlimited)

- Adding single images or brief text updates (unlimited)

- Administrative questions or clarifications

Additional Revisions

- Revisions beyond two rounds are $150 per round

- You will be notified if requested changes exceed revision scope

7. TIMELINE

Build Timeline

- Website build typically takes 10-12 days from onboarding form submission

- Timeline assumes timely feedback and decision-making from you

- Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline

Launch Timeline

- Website launches within 1-2 business days of final approval and payment

- DNS activation and domain configuration occurs at launch

- You will receive login credentials and launch confirmation

8. COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT

During Build

- We will not disclose pricing or confidential business information

10. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

We Warrant That

- We will provide services in a professional and workmanlike manner

- We will build your website according to the specifications in your onboarding form

- The website will be functional and mobile-responsive at launch

We Do NOT Warrant That

- The website will generate a specific number of leads or revenue

- The website will rank on Google (SEO is not guaranteed)

- The Go High Level platform will be error-free or uninterrupted

- Third-party integrations will function perfectly

DISCLAIMER

Your website is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Service Pages Pro is not responsible for:

- Website downtime or technical issues related to Go High Level

- Loss of data or content

- Third-party services or integrations

- Compliance with laws (you are responsible for your own business compliance)

- Search engine rankings or traffic

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Service Pages Pro's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for:

- Lost profits or revenue

- Lost data or content

- Indirect or consequential damages

12. TERMINATION

Project Cancellation

- If you cancel before build begins, you forfeit the deposit/payment (non-refundable)

- If you cancel after build begins, you forfeit all payments received

- Upon cancellation, we will provide you with any work completed to date

Service Termination

- We may terminate services if you fail to pay within 7 days of due date

- We may terminate if you violate these Terms

- You may request termination at any time (payments remain non-refundable)

13. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

14. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Service Pages Pro operates as an independent contractor/business. No employment relationship is created through these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court proceedings.

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
